If I could only choose one

If you had to pick one aspect of teaching as being the most important to you what would you choose?  I would greatly appreciate your feedback for a future blog post by completing this one question survey created by Pollmo.  Here's the link:  The most important aspect of teaching is   I tried to embed but no luck.
