Easy CBM's Investigation and IEP progress monitoring

This weekend I am investigating my subscription to, "Easy CBM's"  full version 39.99 for one year and ability to input up to 200 students.  We have recently been tasked with progress monitoring academic IEP goals twice per week, and graphing the data.  I am hoping that this subscription will help me to do this without inordinate amounts of time invested in creating progress monitoring probes for my students goals.

I picked a good first tutorial video!  it describes what the CCSS reading  comprehension 5 brief story prompts with 5 comprehension questions for students who struggle to comprehend literal questions about what they have read and are below the 50th percentile on passage reading fluency measures for their grade level.  Available for grades 3-8.  Texts are narrative fiction or short poems. Questions 11-20 require students to answer literal questions from non-fiction text and the last 5 questions require the student to read to perform a task such as reading a bus schedule or using a glossary.  More skilled readers may find these assessments too easy and should be tracked with the MCRC assessments that have longer more complex reading passages.  I will continue my investigation to see if students need to take the entire assessment at one time because if this is the case this will take too much instructional time to complete twice a week.  I will update this post when I find the answer
